For a personalized consultation or advice, you need to pay a fee as mentioned by the respective Investment Advisor (Expert) for which you need to add money to your wallet and then you can contact any ANALYST /IAs as per your choice via CALL, CHAT, VIDEO Call and PRIVATE LIVE program depending on their consultation method.

If you wish to get your answers on the LIVE session itself, you can ask the SEBI Registered ANALYST /INVESTOR ADVISOR (We call them Experts) on the LIVE and can GIFT a certain amount using our ‘ANALYSTJI Gift’ or wallet feature to express your gratitude to the ANALYST and pay your respects to his years’ old skills, experience and knowledge.

We are sorry but currently we don’t have option to book an appointment with the Analyst. Consultations can be taken from the app itself when an analyst is LIVE. Various Analysts and investment advisors are available on the app for 24 hours. They will definitely tell you about your concern through the App.

You just need to connect via call or chat or join in public or private live sessions, they will surely guide you on the same.

At Analystji, we have Analyst/IA’s that come from two different branches i.e. technical analysis and fundamental analysis. Being specialized in different branches calls for different predictions and advices.

Their process of thought, calculations, and analysis differ from each other and hence, their predictions and advice too.

A fundamental Analyst ’s predictions are based a method to identify the intrinsic values of stock ,for that they use financial statements, micro and macro-economic factors, incorporate new market information etc.

Why is the analyst not picking up my call? How do I know if the analyst is busy or offline?

Before calling an Analyst you should check their status, it will indicate if they are offline (not available) or busy on other call or online (available).

• If the button on their profile is grey in color that means they are offline.
• If the button on their profile is orange in color that means they are busy on another call.
• If the button on their profile is green in color that means they are online and ready to take your call.

As you start your consultations with the Analyst, you’ll be fascinated with financial markets and its powers. It is completely normal to have the thought of getting advice from different analyst for the same issue. In such a case, you may go ahead with your natural instinct. We maintain confidentiality of personal information so we don’t share anyone’s personal information or data with any third party. Even your personal number or data is not shared with Analyst or anyone.

Analyst Status means: -

- AVAILABLE (Green): It means he is free and the session with the Analyst will start immediately.

- BUSY (Orange): It means the analyst is busy in another session and the tentative wait time is displayed.

- OFFLINE (Gray): It means the analyst is not working (available) currently. You may try after some time.

Follow these simple steps to add money in your Analystji wallet:

1. In the ‘ME’ tab, Click on Wallet Icon.
2. : In the ‘ME’ tab, Click on Wallet Icon.
3. Choose a method to complete the payment. We have a 100% secure payment gateway.
4. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PAY’. GST of 18 % (as applicable) is charged as per government norms.
5. Add your details in the dialog box accordingly and the money will be added.

After you have successfully recharged your Analystji wallet, it usually takes up to 5 minutes to reflect.

*Transaction success means that the payment detail will reflect in GREEN.

*Transaction unsuccessful means the payment detail will reflect in RED

If the transaction reflects in red, you can reach out to the bank once and confirm about your payment. It will further be updated in 7-14 working days.

How many minutes will I get with an analyst after a recharge?

If the initial recharge is for Rs. 250/-, you will get 5 minutes of consultation with an astrologer whose price is Rs. 50/- per minute.

Your duration changes according to the analyst’s price per minute.

As a responsible team, we try to provide what’s best for you, and if, at any point in time, you aren’t happy with your consultation, our team is there to hear you out!

None of your doubts or issues will be left unanswered. You can reach out directly to the customer support team to explain your issue. They will hear you out and will try to understand your point.

At unfortunate times if there is no consultation available from the analyst side in your order then our team will verify it and move ahead with a refund after a proper analysis.

To get a refund, the concern should be raised within 7 days of consultation.

We try to speed up the process of refund as soon as it is approved. It takes 6 hours to reflect the changes in your wallet.

No! The money from the Analsytji App wallet cannot be transferred to your bank account.

It remains in the wallet for a lifetime. You can use it anytime as there is no limit set to use it

If we’re unable to meet your expectations of services, we request you to first reach out to our customer support team where our team is available during office hours to resolve your issues.

However, If the issue isn’t resolved, they take a step further and initiate an easy refund process.
