The website/ Mobile Application “www.analystji.com” / “Analystji” (The Platform or the Company) is a trade name of Amasha Analystji Fintech Pvt Ltd. Analystji is a technology platform /portal/ APP bringing SEBI registered Investment Advisors (IAs) and Research Analysts (RAs) together to service the investors and resolve their queries related to stock markets/ investments as per SEBI guidelines.
Price Range
At Analytsji.com we have customised pricing according to the services rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency and the output of the service. The price quoted by each Investment Advisor/ Research Analyst/ Expert (Expert) may vary based on the experience, knowledge, efforts and area of expertise of each Expert. Generally, the prices for providing views/ consultation/ advice shall be quoted upfront and displayed on the platform clearly. The user shall be able to see the price before initiating the transaction. The prices shall be charged per minute of call/ chat or video call. There may be a minimum charge in some cases. The charges shall be including/ excluding of taxes as may be applicable. Typically, the range of transactions on our Android and iOS applications may vary from INR 500 to 1500 per user per session.
Schedule of payment
Some of our services can be utilised for fixed durations. In such cases, it is clearly mentioned within the description of these services. The period of usage in these cases vary from 1 month to 6 months.
Price Matching
At Analystji.com we are committed to offer you the best possible prices. We will be glad to meet our competitor's pricing if you ever find a service that we offer, in the similar interest and providing same professionalism and features, available from a similar service provider.
Our prices do not vary according to the market needs, competitor pricing etc.
The basis of pricing is the fee charged by the Expert, cost of execution of the transaction, technology cost and cost of service maintenance including various fixed and variable costs. All these costs may change from time to time hence the pricing for the same Expert or Analyst may also vary from time to time.
The pricing may also change due to any promotional activity, advertisement, specific event or any other reason as may be decided by the management, Expert or the platform.
Sale Adjustment
If a service that you have purchased is reduced in price within one weeks of your booking date, we will not be able to adjust the sale price for you. Please note that we cannot make sale adjustment. If you have booked a slot for a date, generally, we cannot reschedule the slot to another date. This will result in the cancellation of the booking/order(s). Please refer cancellation policies for more details.
Pricing Errors
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If a service’s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your booking and notify you of the cancellation.
Our service is offered for sale by `Amasha Analystji Fintech Pvt Ltd’ for your personal needs. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be misusing the service. It is our right to sell or provide the service and not the obligation to provide the product or service to any user of the platform/ website.
The pricing decided by the platform is at its discretion and cannot be challenged, the users may use their own discretion to whether they want to avail the service at the given price or not. The platform operates for profit.
